HAIR ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS- DEDICATED TO UAE LADIES

When I thought of writing first blog on beauty and health, The ever first topic came into my mind is the hair problems of UAE women.

Ladies always dream for soft, smooth, thick and lustrous hair.  I personally envy those ladies with long, thick and beautiful hair.  There are no short cuts to make the hair dream come true but can always figure out the problems that shatters our hair dreamS especially in the UAE.   Atleast none of us want to lose what we have. Hence, this is a small effort from my side to summarise the hair problems and the solutions.

10 out 9 customers I meet would complain about one or more of the hair problems from the below list.

·         Dry Hair
·         Weak hair
·         Frizzy hair
·         Hair fall
·         Dandruff
·         Brittle hair
·         Hair breakage
·         Split ends

The reasons for the hair problems are very simple and familiar to all of us yet finding a solution is the task.

What causes the above problems?
·         Hereditary
·         Improper hair conditioning
·         High level of humidity
·         Exposure to the air condition all the time.
·         Stress,
·         Weak roots
·         Health problems particulary hormonal issues.
·         Improper maintenance of the hair
·         Highly chlorinated water
·         Shampoo’s that contain high level of chemicals
·         Several experiments to the hair like bleaching, coloring and other chemical treatments.
·         Continuous blowdry and styling.

We are living in a very modern society where it is impossible for most of us to avoid coloring, styling, bleaching etc., to look good.  We harass our hair to the core to look good, define our personality and later we repent.  Hence I am giving some simple suggestions/ solutions below which you can follow at home if you do not want to go to the salon and spend a considerable budget.

Simple solutions:
·         Healthy diet.
·         Proper Sleep.
·         Condition the hair with homemade natural conditioners which are available in our kitchen.
·         Use always cold water or luke warm water to wash your hair.
·         Use a good quality shampoo and conditioner which is free from sodium sulphate, silicone etc.,
·         Use a nourishing hair mask once in a week.
·         Oil the hair roots before washing it.
·         Avoid excessive blowdry and ironing.
·         Use a good quality hair moisturizer to moist your hair before styling.
·         Fix a shower filter which can eliminate the chlorine level of the water.

We consider home remedies are suitable for maintaining a healthy hair rather than repairing  the damages as it produces the slow result, we want something to eliminate the hair problems and make the hair look fabulous instantly which is only possible by professional Salon Experts.

Again there is a big confusion, question, Dilemma etc., etc., as many salons, many treatments and everyone claims their treatment is the best.  How will I decide which is the best treatment for me.

Here I am going to give you a brief idea of the hair treatments, their pro’s and con’s.  You decide by yourself which treatment is suitable for you.  Once you have decided which treatment is suitable for you, visit a reputed and trustworthy salon who is a pioneer in the field, meet the hair expert, and ask as many questions as possible.  Ensure they are using the best quality products.

Since, we are discussing only about the damages and repairs I am not going to list you the pro’s and con’s of rebonding, hair relaxing etc.,
